Mr. Amour has been the CEO of AIF Capital for more than two decades and has more than 30 years of combined industry and private equity experience. Prior to joining AIF Capital, he was Vice President of Finance at CP Group, one of Asia’s largest business groups, where he was responsible for the group’s agri-industrial, manufacturing, and retail and wholesale distribution businesses. Previously, Mr. Amour was a Director with the investment banking arm of Standard Chartered Bank Asia.

Mr. Amour holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales, as well as a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne in Australia. He speaks and reads Mandarin.

Mr. Lee has been an Investment Committee member and Partner of AIF Capital for more than two decades. Along with leading investments in Greater China and Southeast Asia, he has been actively involved in all aspects of deal origination, execution, management and exits during the last 30 years. Before joining AIF Capital, he worked for the City of North York in Toronto, Canada as an engineer, advising urban development and overseeing municipal work construction. Previously, he was a Director of Unibrite Corporation Inc. in Toronto where he was responsible for real estate investments.

Mr. Lee holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, an M.E. in Transportation & Urban Planning, as well as an MBA from the University of Toronto, Canada. He has completed the Senior Executive Program for China at Harvard Business School, is a professional engineer and a CFA charterholder. Mr. Lee is a Hong Kong born Canadian citizen and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Ms. Chung has been an Investment Committee member and Partner of AIF Capital for more than two decades. She has more than 28 years of experience in private equity fund administration and played a leading role in establishing the operation and compliance systems at AIF Capital. She oversees the legal and financial aspects required to establish AIF Capital funds and investment structures. Prior to joining AIF Capital, Ms. Chung worked in administrative roles with multinational companies including Honeywell Limited, Sun Life Financial and the Ontario Government.

Ms. Chung graduated with Distinction from the University of Toronto, Canada with a B.A. in Business Management, and is also a CFA Charterholder. Ms. Chung is a Hong Kong born Canadian citizen. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and conversant in French.

Mr. Tan joined AIF Capital in 2018 and has over 15 years of Asia-regional private equity growth and buy-out experience in China, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and Korea. He is responsible for regional investment origination, analysis and execution, and post-investment management. His sector investment experience includes consumer, e-commerce, entertainment, logistics, lifestyle, travel, hospitality, and branding and marketing.

Prior to joining AIF Capital, Mr. Tan was an Executive Director at Fosun in China, responsible for direct investment, post-investment management and exit. Prior to Fosun, he was Vice President and part of the founding management team of the LVMH private equity fund, L Capital in Asia, where he led numerous key investments in marquee brands in Greater China and Southeast Asia.

Mr. Tan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Finance from the University of New South Wales and a Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa.

Mr. Cheng joined AIF Capital in 2019 and is responsible for Finance and Compliance. He has over 10 years of management experience, as well as four years as a senior healthcare executive.

Prior to joining AIF Capital, Mr. Cheng was the Deputy CFO at Pun Hlaing Hospitals (Myanmar), a JV between First Myanmar Investment Public Co., Ltd and OUE Healthcare Ltd, responsible for financial management, compliance and business strategy execution. Before that, Mr. Cheng held senior positions with Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd and Bloomberg LP, as well as financial services audit and tax services at PwC.

Mr. Cheng holds a B.A. (Hons) in Finance, Accounting and Management from the University of Nottingham and is a CPA with the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Mr. Dudok van Heel joined AIF Capital in 2018 and has over 10 years of Asia-regional investment experience in Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, and Australia. He is responsible for regional investment origination, analysis and execution, and post-investment management. His sector investment experience includes Asian consumer products, luxury goods, healthcare and medical devices.

Prior to joining AIF Capital, Mr. Dudok van Heel was an investment analyst at Ward Ferry Management, a Hong Kong based, Asia focused, investment fund. His responsibilities included investment origination, analysis and post-investment management across regional public and private markets across Southeast Asia and Australia and New Zealand.

Mr. Dudok van Heel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences (Law and Economics, Honors) from the University of Utrecht. He reads Chinese and speaks Mandarin.
