Bain Capital invests in AIF portfolio company CN Innovations
AIF Capital has entered into an agreement with CNI and the controlling shareholders, which has allowed the fund to exit its investment, following an investment by Bain Capital in the group’s principal subsidiary. Along the investment journey, AIF Capital has had the privilege of supporting CNI through introducing, evaluating and negotiating M&A opportunities; assisting negotiation on major customer contracts; enhancing corporate governance, formalizing financial and operational reporting schemes.
CNI is a leading innovative technology-based company primarily focused on providing cover glass, touch panels and various surface metal components to the premium smart device industry. The company also provides services and components for luxury watches, jewelry and medical equipment.
